Garena Online Shop is your one-stop-shop to all Garena premium items, products and services.
Interface of Garena Online Shop
1 – General Information is where you can view your current total EXP and GG Shell.
2 – GG Item Shop Menu is where you can navigate through the shop.
GG Magic Item Shop (Index Menu)
My Items (Displays all the items you have purchased)
GG Shell Top Up (Transfers you to Garena Online Payment Site)
3 – My Item Transaction Log is where you can view all your transaction logs.
Use Item Log (Displays all logs of items used)
Purchase Item Log (Displays all logs of items purchased)
Gift Sent Item Log (Displays all logs of items sent as gift)
Gift Received Item Log (Displays of all logs of items received as gift)
4 – My Item Capacity Information is where you can view your item storage limits. Each account can only keep at most 100 weight capacity.
Each items may have different weight.
5 – Category Selection allows you to quickly view the type of items you want to purchase without scrolling down to the list of items in the shop.
6 – The Item Shop window shows you all the available items for sale.
Purchasing Items in GG Shop
You can view all available items sold in GG Shop under the GG Magic Item Shop window. Make sure you have enough Shells to purchase the item you want.
Look for the item from the GG Magic Item Shop window and click on the “Purchase” button beside the item’s image.
The purchase item menu will appear, input the quantity of the item you want to purchase then click on “Purchase”
After clicking on “Purchase”, you will be notified if the transaction is successful. You will then be redirected to the “My Items” window where you can see the item you have just purchased.

If you have checked on the “Use Item Immediately”, the item will automatically be used/activated upon clicking on “Purchase”.
-OR-
If you have checked on the “Send to Others”, fill in the exact Garena account name of the recipient of the item you will gift then click on “Purchase” to immediately send the item to the recipient.
Using the Items
You can view all the items you have purchased or received as gift from others in the “My Items” window.
To use an item, click on the “Use” button located beside the item’s image. Then a confirmation message to use the item will appear, refer to the related choices and click on “Use” afterwards to activate/use the item.
Sending Items to Others as Gifts
You can also send items you have as a gift to your friends in the “My Items” window.
To gift an item, click on the “Send as Gift” button located beside the item’s image. Then a confirmation message to send the item will appear, refer to the related choices and input the Garena account name of the recipient and click on “Send as Gift” afterwards to deliver the item to the recipient.
